Tatjana Rebelle's Story | #PBSForTheArts

Premiered Jul 12, 2022

Local Indianapolis artist Tatjana Rebelle uses spoken word to share about their life experiences and raise awareness of important social and cultural issues. The energy of in-person gatherings fueled their creativity. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic set in, Rebelle was forced to stop working, which gave them the opportunity to reassess what brought them joy, and where they felt safest to create. Rebelle began to explore the relm of visual and mixed media art as a creative outlet. Their work was most recently featured at Gallery 929. #PBSForTheArts
